At BAUTLR, we stand behind every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process designed to make your experience as seamless as possible. Our goal is to ensure every client feels confident and cared for, from the moment of purchase through every step of our relationship.

Please review the conditions below carefully before initiating a return. Our client services team is always available to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unworn condition
  • Include all original packaging, including jewelry box, pouch, and any accompanying documentation
  • Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt
  • Not have been altered, resized, or engraved after purchase

Items that have been worn, damaged due to customer handling, or are otherwise not in their original condition may not be accepted for return. BAUTLR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized pieces, including engraved items
  • Final sale or clearance items, as marked at the time of purchase
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount of 40% or more
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items that have been altered, resized, repaired, or modified after purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact our client services team at hello@bautlr.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Securely package your item using the original packaging where possible. Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Attach the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team (domestic orders only) and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

For domestic orders within the United States, BAUTLR provides a complimentary prepaid return shipping label via our carrier partners. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund only if the return does not meet our eligibility criteria.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as BAUTLR cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included complimentary shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

BAUTLR reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund in certain circumstances, including cases where the original payment method is no longer available.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact our client services team at hello@bautlr.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange for.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will offer you the choice of a store credit or a full refund.

If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If it is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in the packaging and quality inspection of every piece before it leaves our atelier. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bautlr.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether through a full replacement, repair, or refund, at no additional cost to you. Items damaged due to normal wear, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under our defective item policy.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are welcome to initiate returns subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. Please note the following:

  • All international returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be clearly declared as “Return Merchandise” on all customs documentation to avoid additional fees
  • BAUTLR is not responsible for returns held or delayed by customs
