At Bautlr, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including tags, packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates of authenticity, and gift wrapping (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Custom or engraved pieces
Gift cards
Final sale items or clearance products
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
To initiate a return:
Contact Us: Email us at returns@bautlr.com or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and the reason for return.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Packaging: Securely package the item in its original box (or equivalent protective packaging). Include your order number and return form.
Shipping: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Note: Bautlr is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
We offer free exchanges for items of the same value within the return window, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate the item you’d like to receive instead.
If the replacement item is of a different value, we will contact you to process the price difference or refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bautlr.com with photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Bautlr covers return shipping costs in cases of confirmed defects or incorrect items.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to our fast order processing.
International customers must follow the same return process.
Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
We recommend marking the item as "Returned Merchandise" on customs forms to avoid additional fees.
If you received a Bautlr item as a gift:
You may return it for store credit only.
The item must be unused and in original condition.
Please provide the gift giver's full name and email or order number to help us locate the order.
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank account and contact your card issuer.
Processing times may vary between financial institutions.
If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at billing@bautlr.com.
